Ingredients
  1. Yogurt (whipped) 1½ cup
  2. Water ¼ cup
  3. Potatoes (boiled)
  4. Onion (chopped) 1
  5. Tomato (chopped) 1
  6. Green Chilies (chopped)2
  7. Curry Leaves 6 to 8
  8. Garlic (chopped) 2 tsp
  9. Mustard Seeds1 tsp
  10. Nigella Seeds1 tsp
  11. Salt ½ tsp
  12. Cumin Seeds ½ tsp
  13. Fennel Seeds (crushed) ½ tsp
  14. Oil ¼ cup
  15. Red Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Instructions
  1. Beat yogurt with water; add boiled potatoes, onion, tomato cubes, seeds removed, coriander leaves, green chilies, keep side.
  2. In a fry pan, heat oil, add rai dana, Kalonji, cumin seeds, curry leaves, crushed red pepper, salt, garlic, fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add to the yogurt mixture, mix well and achari raita is ready to serve.
