Ingredients
  1. 8 ounces Butter
  2. ¼ cup oil
  3. 1 ¼ cup Sugar
  4. 4 Eggs
  5. ½ tsp Mint Essence
  6. ¼ tsp Salt
  7. 2 cup Flour
  8. 2 tsp Baking Powder
  9. ¼ tsp Baking Soda
  10. 6 tbsp Hung Curd
  11. 1 tsp Vinegar
  12. Green Color few drops
  13. Ingredients For Icing
  14. 200 gm Dark Chocolate, chopped
  15. ½ cup fresh Cream
  16. After 8 Chocolate, chopped 12 to 15 chocolates
Instructions
  1. METHOD FOR CAKE
  2. Sift together all the dry ingredients keep aside, beat butter sugar oil eggs and essence till creamy fold in the dry ingredients with all the other remaining ingredients, pour the batter into 2 greased 8 inches sandwich pans, bake for 35 mins on 180 degrees, remove and cool.
  3. METHOD FOR ICING
  4. Scald cream pour over chopped chocolates, mix till dissolved. Leave to cool then beat and cover the cake with this icing.
  5. Decorate with after 8 chocolate.
