Ingredients
  1. Bengal Gram Lentil ¼ cup
  2. Green Gram lentil ¼ cup
  3. Red Lentil ¼ cup
  4. Split Red Gram ¼ cup
  5. Salt 1 tsp
  6. Chili Powder 1 tsp
  7. Turmeric ½ tsp
  8. Cumin Seeds 1tsp
  9. Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  10. Mustard Seeds ½ tsp
  11. Onion Seeds ½ tsp
  12. Fenugreek Seeds ½ tsp
  13. Fennel Seeds 1 tsp
  14. Curry Leaves 20
  15. Garlic (crushed) 1 tbsp
  16. Onion (chopped) 2 tbsp
  17. Batten Red Chilies 6
  18. Ghee ½ cup
Instructions
  1. Boil all the daals in 3 cups of water till tender, slightly mash, heat ¼ cup ghee in a pan fry onion until brown, add in salt, chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, all the seeds, and fry well. Add boiled and mashed daal, cook for 15 mins. Lastly heat ¼ cup ghee and give baghaar with batten red chilies, crushed garlic, curry leaves and cumin seeds, and put on top of the daal.
