Ingredients
  1. 2 Onion, sliced
  2. ½ cup Oil
  3. 100 gm Papari, chopped
  4. 100 gm French Beans, chopped
  5. ½ cup Green Peas
  6. 2 Carrots, cut into cubes
  7. 2 Potatoes, cut into cubes
  8. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  9. 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, roasted and crushed
  10. 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  11. 1 tsp Salt
  12. 3 Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
For Baghar
  1. 15 Curry Leaves
  2. 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add all the baghar ingredients with sliced onion.
  2. Fry untill light golden.
  3. Now add garlic and all other masala ingredients.
  4. Fry well by adding little water.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes fry add all the chopped vegetables with ½ cup water leave it on dum, till all tender.
