  1. Milk 1 cup
  2. Sugar 2 tbsp
  3. Chocolate Chips 13 cup
  4. Ice 2 cup
  5. Vanilla Extract 18 tsp
  6. Chocolate Syrup 4 tbsp

  1. In a blender add milk, sugar, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, chocolate syrup and ice cream along with ice, Blend together.
  2. Chocolate Chip Frappe is ready to serve.

Beef Chapli Kabab


  • 1 kg mince beef
  • 1 tbsp. whole coriander
  • 1 tbsp. cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsps. pomegranate seeds
  • Water as required
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ tbsp. red chili powder
  • 2 tbsps. corn flour
  • 4 green chilies, finely sliced
  • 1 tsp black pepper, crushed
  • ½ bunch mint, finely sliced
  • ½ tbsp. red chili, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required
  • Tomatoes as required, sliced

Beef Chapli Kabab Cooking Steps

  1. Roast the whole coriander and cumin seeds and crush them.
  2. Put the beef mince in a bowl and add 1 egg, red chili powder, black pepper, corn flour, pomegranate seeds, green chilies, mint leaves, salt and the roasted and crushed masala.
  3. Knead the mixture with your hands, cover with a lid and let it marinate for half an hour in the fridge.
  4. Fry the remaining eggs and mix it in with the beef mince.
  5. In a pan heat a little amount of oil.
  6. For making chapal kababs, take a generous amount of the mince and shape it into a flat patty.
  7. Lay it carefully on the pan and put a slice of tomato in the middle of the kabab or patty.
  8. Let it cook on a low flame.
  9. When the beef kabab is properly cooked from both sides, take it out and lay it on kitchen paper to drain out the excess oil.
  10. Continue to make more chapli kababs and serve hot.

Chutney Bharay Shami Kabab with Mint Chutney


  • ½ kg Beef, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Gram lentils
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 3 Black cardamom
  • 4 Black pepper
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 1 tsp Black cumin
  • 1 tsp White cumin
  • 1 tsp Whole coriander
  • 1 tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Rice flour
  • Salt to taste

For Chutney

  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 Lemon
  • 3 Red chilies
  • 6 Green chilies

Chutney Bharay Shami Kabab: Cooking Directions

  1. Take a pan, put ingredients e.g. ½ kg meat, 1 cup gram lentils, salt to taste, 4 black pepper, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 6 garlic cloves, 1 piece of ginger, 1 tsp whole coriander and hot water.
  2. Cook till meat is tender.
  3. Now, add 1 tbsp yogurt in it.
  4. When it gets cool.
  5. Put this material in a chopper and chop well.
  6. Keep this material aside.

For Chutni:

  1. Put 6 green chilies, 3 red chilies and 1 bunch of coriander leaves in a blender and blend it finely.
  2. In meat mixture, add 2 tbsp rice flour and 2 egg whites.
  3. Mix well and take little mixture in your hands to shape it in kabab.
  4. Make kababs, put chutney topping on it and shallow fry till golden brown and crispy.

Delicious Chutney Bharay Shami Kababs are ready. Serve hot with tomato sauce and make your meals yummy.

    250 gram Beef, Minced

  • 2 tablespoon Gram flour or Besan, Roasted
  • 1 tablespoon Whole coriander seeds or Sukha Dhaniya
  • 8 pieces of Red Chili
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Coriander or Hara Dhanya
  • 1 Green Chilies
  • 1 Medium size Onion, chopped
  • 1 Red tomato, fresh and chopped
  • 1 Egg


  1. Take a bowl and add minced beef in it now add roasted gram flour, whole coriander seeds, fresh coriander, salt, whole red chilies, an egg, fresh chopped tomato and onion in it and mix them well.
  2. Leave this mixture for an hour or so.
  3. Take out the mixture out of refrigerate and make kabab in round shape.
  4. For Frying:-
  5. Take a pan and heat oil for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Now pan fry, chapli kabab until its golden brown from both side.
  7. Beef chapal kababs are ready to be served.

TIP: Use your hands for mixing well.
