Ingredients
  1. ½ kg undercut
  2. 1 Capsicum julienne cutting
  3. 1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
  4. 2 Green Chilies
  5. 2 Red Chilies
  6. 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  7. 1 tbsp Dark Soya Sauce
  8. 1 tsp Black Pepper, crushed
  9. 3 tbsp Black Pepper Sauce
  10. 4 sliced mushrooms
  11. Salt quarter teaspoon
For Garnishing
  1. Fresh basil leaves
Instructions
  1. In a wok, heat oil and fry garlic.
  2. Now add undercut beef and fry for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add mushroom, black pepper, salt, brown sugar, red and green chilies, soya sauce and black pepper sauce.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes more.
  5. For garnishing add fresh basil leaves.
  6. Beef pepper sauce is ready to serve.
