Ingredients
  1. ½ kg boneless chicken, cut in 1-Inch cubes
  2. 1 tbsp Green Chilies Paste
  3. 6 Mint leaves, grindede
  4. 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves, grinded
  5. 1 tbsp Papaya, grind with skin
  6. 1 tbsp ginger paste
  7. 1 tbsp garlic paste
  8. 1 tsp Salt
  9. 4 tbsp Cream
  10. ¼ cup Lemon Juice
  11. 3 tbsp Yoghurt
  12. ½ tsp White Pepper
  13. 2 tbsp Oil
Instructions
  1. Take a marination bowl and add green chilies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, papaya, ginger and garlic paste, salt, cream, lemon juice, white pepper and yoghurt.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Now add chicken in this marination mixture.
  4. Put the chicken cubes on skewers grill and add 2 tablespoon oil in frying pan.
  5. Give dum of coal.
  6. Once Chicken Malai Tikka is cooked serve hot, with naan and Raita.
