Ingredients
  1. 1 large Chicken, cut into 2 inch pieces
  2. 1 teaspoon Ginger, chopped
  3. 1 Onion, chopped
  4. 1 tablespoon Garlic, chopped
  5. 1 Tomato, chopped
  6. 4-5 Green Chilies, chopped
  7. 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  8. Fresh coriander for garnishing
  9. 3 tbsp Oil
Instructions
  1. Heat oil, add ginger, garlic, onion, and fry well.
  2. Add chicken and continue frying.
  3. Cover & cook till done. Now add the tomato and let it cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add soya sauce and then the chilies, stir-fry for a minute.
  5. After placing the chili chicken in a dish, garnish with some coriander.
