Ingredients
  1. 1 can or 400 gm Coconut milk
  2. 2 ½ cup water
  3. ¾ cup white sugar
  4. Food color Pink, few drops
  5. 1 ½ tsp China grass powder
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix white sugar, china grass powder and water.
  2. Take a pan and bring this jelly mixture to boil for 10 minutes.
  3. Now remove from heat and add coconut milk and food color.
  4. Pour this jelly mixture in to 1liter jelly mold.
  5. Refrigerate the coconut jelly for 4 hours approximately.
