Ingredients
  1. Flour 1 cup
  2. Salt ½ tsp
  3. Butter 8 ounce
  4. Chocolate 4 ounce
  5. Sugar 2 cup
  6. 4 Eggs
  7. Vanilla1 tsp
  8. Chocolate 20 cup
Instructions
  1. Pre heat 180 degrees, line muffin pan with baking cups, mix flour and salt keep aside, heat butter and chocolate in medium pan over very low heat, stirring frequently until melted remove from heat.
  2. Gradually mix in sugar, add eggs 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Stir in vanilla, fold in flour mixture lightly, and fill muffin cups, place 1 chocolate in center of each cup.
  4. Bake for 18 minutes, cool 10 minutes in pans on wire rack, cool completely.

  1. Chicken 1 kg
  2. Yogurt 1 cup
  3. Onion (blended)1
  4. Chili Powder 1½ tsp
  5. Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  6. Poppy Seeds (grinded) 1 tbsp
  7. Cashew Nuts (grinded) 12
  8. Salt 1½ tsp
  9. Chili Powder 2 tsp
  10. Gram Masala1 tsp
  11. Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
  12. Green Chilies Chopped 2
Instructions
  1. In a bowl mix all the dry masala with yogurt, ginger garlic paste and marinate your chicken in this for 2 hours. Heat ¼ cup oil, fry blended onion, fry till light golden, add marinated chicken, fry well, add in all the marination with ½ cup water, cover and cook till done. Serve garnished with coriander and green chilies.

  1. 4 Potatoes, boiled and mashed
  2. 1 cup Chicken boiled and shredded
  3. Samba Oleak 1 tbsp
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Black Pepper ½ tsp
  6. Vinegar 1 tsp
  7. Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
  8. Corn Flour 3 tbsp
  9. Chaat Masala ½ tsp
  10. Coriander Leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp
  11. Green Chili Garlic Sauce 1 tbsp
  12. Oil 1 tbsp
  13. Bread Crumbs as required
  14. Eggs 2
Instructions
  1. Heat oil add shredded chicken with seasonings and sauces cook till dry.
  2. Mix in mashed potatoes, corn flour, chaat masala, dip in beaten egg, roll in bread crumbs, deep fry.
  3. Chicken Potato Rolls is ready to serve with sweet chili sauce.

Mango Pudding Ingredients

  • 4 Egg white
  • ½ cup Mango puree or juice
  • 1 ½ cup Whipped cream
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 ½ tsp Gelatin

Cooking Method

  1. Mix 1 ½ tsp gelatin in ½ mango juice.
  2. Whipped 1 ½ cup fresh cream, now add 4 egg white and ¾ cup sugar in it and mix well.
  3. Now add ½ cup of milk in it and bring to a boil over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  4. After removing it from heat add gelatin mixture in it and mix well.
  5. Now put this mixture in a greased mould.
  6. Set at room temperature to cool and firm up, 1-2 hours.
  7. Cover and refrigerate afterwards.
  8. Remove the mold when pudding is set.
  9. Top the mango pudding with a drizzle of cream, buttermilk or coconut milk.
  10. Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce butter
  • 2 cups fine sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1, ½ cup milk
  • Icing sugar to dust
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Easy Pound Cake Cooking Method

  1. Preheat oven at 180 c.
  2. Grease the cake dish.
  3. In a bowl, beat the butter and sugar till fluffy.
  4. Add the vanilla essence and continue to beat.
  5. Sieve the flour and baking powder in the butter.
  6. Beat in the eggs one by one.
  7. Pour in the milk and mix well.
  8. Pour the cake batter in the greased pan and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
  9. Take out the cake batter and leave to cool for 5 minutes.
  10. Turn out the cake on a wire rack and cool it completely.
  11. Dust with the icing sugar on pound cake and serve with tea.

Ingredients

  • 125 gram Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 150gm Butter
  • ¼ tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder

For icing

  • 50gm icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp. water

Chocolate Biscuits Cooking Method

For icing

  1. In a pan mix the icing sugar, cocoa powder and water together
  2. Cook the icing for 2 minutes on medium heat
  3. Remove from heat. Icing is ready for use.

For Cookies

  1. Pre heat oven at a 180 c.
  2. In a clean bowl beat butter and sugar till fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and continue beating
  4. In a separate, dry bowl, sieve together the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
  5. Fold the dry ingredients in with the butter mixture. Mix to form soft dough.
  6. Fill the dough into a piping bag with a fitted nozzle.
  7. Pipe the cookies out onto a baking tray.
  8. Press down into the center of the cookies and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
  9. Rest the cookies on a cooling rack and decorate with the icing

Ingredients

  • 4 ounce butter
  • 4 ounce caster sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 ounce flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Yellow food color few drops

Cake Rusk Cooking Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 180 c.
  2. Grease a rectangular cake rusk pan and sprinkle with flour.
  3. In a clean bowl, beat the butter.
  4. Add the sugar and continue beating till the mixture is fluffy.
  5. One by one add the eggs and continue beating.
  6. In a separate bowl sieve together the flour and baking powder.
  7. Add the vanilla essence to the butter batter and spoon in the flour while the beater works on slow speed.
  8. Add the food color and fold the batter.
  9. Pour the batter into the greased pan.
  10. Place in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  11. When the cake is ready, take it out and cut it from the center.
  12. Then make small pieces of cake.
  13. Place it back in the oven.
  14. Turn the sides of the cake after 15 minutes and continue to bake for another 15 minutes.
  15. Now cake rusk are finally ready to serve with black tea.

Chocolate Tart With Walnuts

Ingredients:-

For base

  • 2 cups Chocolate cookies (crushed)
  • 3 oz. / 75g Butter (melted)
  • 4 tbsps. Chocolate syrup

For filling

  • ½ cup Walnuts (crushed)
  • ½ cup Chocolate (chopped)
  • ½ cup Condensed milk
  • 2 cups Whipped cream (chilled)
  • 1 packet Chocolate pudding
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Chocolate sauce for garnishing

Chocolate Tart With Walnuts:- Cooking Steps

For the base

  1. In a bowl combine the crushed cookies, butter and chocolate syrup. Mix well and spread in a 9-inch tart tin.
  2. Sprinkle the crushed walnuts on top of the base and let it cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.

For the filling

  1. In a pan combine condensed milk and chopped chocolate. heat the pan on a low flame till the chocolate has melted and is smooth.
  2. Pour the chocolate mixture over the base and spread all over.
  3. In a pan, heat some milk and mix in the pudding powder. Mix the batter with a whisk.
  4. Whisk in small amounts of whipped cream into the pudding batter. The batter should be of spread-able consistency.
  5. Spread the pudding evenly over the tart tin.
  6. Decorate the top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and walnuts. Chill in the fridge till set and serve.

SERVES: 7-8
