  1. Strawberries 1 cup
  2. Kiwi (peeled, chopped) 3
  3. Yogurt 1 cup
  4. Berry Juice ½ cup
  5. Sugar 2 tbsp
  6. Ice (crushed) few cubes
  1. In a blender, add all ingredients together and blend.
  2. Once mix well, pour the Kiwi Berry Smoothie in the serving glass.

Rooh Afza Sharbat Recipe

Rooh Afza mainly popular in India and Pakistan. It was created by Hakim Abdul Majeed in 1907 It is used to break the fast of Ramadan. This drink is very much popular among the locals of India and Pakistan, as it is cheap and affordable drink, to refresh yourself in scorching heat of India and Pakistan.

  1. Whole milk is highly recommended for great taste. For lower fat milk, please replace milk with 2 cup skim milk and 2 tablespoon half & half.
  2. If you are cream lover, add 2 scoop of vanilla ice cream to make the milkshake more creamy.
  3. If you don’t like chocolate powder in shake, try cinnamon.
  4. Do not add ice cubes in chocolate banana shake as it will become more watery and bland.
  5. Freeze banana overnight for more cold shake.

  • 1, 1/3 cup water
  • 1 packet mango jelly powder
  • 1 tbsp. gelatin powder
  • 4 tbsps. sugar
  • 4 ounces fresh cream
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1 tbsp. custard powder

Mango Soufflé Cooking Method

  1. In a pan heat up the water and dissolve the jelly powder and gelatin. Let it thicken
  2. Pour the jelly liquid in the blender, add the evaporated milk, sugar, mango puree and custard powder
  3. Blitz it together for 2 minutes
  4. Pour in a dessert bowl and chill in the freezer for 6-8 hours
  5. Decorate with fresh cream and mango pieces and serve chilled

  • 4 Lemon
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • Black salt, pinch
  • 4 cups Water
  • ½ bunch Mint leaves chopped

Lemon ka Sharbat: Cooking Directions

  1. Take a blender; put 4 cups water, lemon juice of 2 lemons in it.
  2. Then take 2 lemons with skin, cut into small pieces, and remove lemon seeds and put in the blender.
  3. Now, add 1 cup of sugar and blend well for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Put ice in glasses and pour this prepared Sharbat into them.
  5. Garnish Lemon sharbat glass with mint leaves and sprinkle a pinch of black pepper.

Falooda with strawberry Jelly & cocktail fruits


  • 5 cups milk
  • ½ tin condensed milk
  • Rose syrup as required
  • 1 cup fruit cocktail
  • 1 liter strawberry ice cream
  • Almond and pistachios as required (flaked)
  • 1 tbsp. basil seed (soaked in 1 cup of water)
  • 1 packet strawberry jelly

For Falooda

  • 1, 1/2 cup arrowroot
  • 3 cups water

Falooda Cooking Method

  1. In a bowl mix the milk and condensed milk together
  2. Chill this for 4 hours
  3. In a pan heat water and dissolve the jelly powder
  4. Pour it in a bowl and let it set

For Falooda

  1. In a pan cook water and arrowroot and continue stirring till it is glossy
  2. Pour this mixture in a falooda mold
  3. Place the molds into a deep dish filled with chilled water and ice

To Serves

  1. In a tall glass, pour the rose syrup
  2. Layer with falooda, milk, a scoop of strawberry ice cream , basil seeds and jelly
  3. Garnish with flaked almonds and pistachios

  • Pakistani Falooda Recipe


    4 tablespoon Tukmaria Seeds

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 packet Rafhan jelly
  • 1 cup tapioca
  • 4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar, ( or depend on your taste)
  • 1 tablespoon Rose Syrup
  • 1 cup Rice Noodle
  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 1-2 Bananas, Chopped
  • 1-2 Mango (or any other fruit of your choice

Falooda: Step-by-Step Directions

  1. In 1 cup of water, soak 4 tablespoon Tukmaria Seeds for 1/2 hour.
  2. Make 1 packet rafhan jelly (follow instruction beside packet).
  3. For half an hour, soak 1 cup tapioca in 1 1/2 cup water.
  4. Mixed well and leave aside.
  5. Add the tapioca to 4 cups milk and boil in a pan stirring.
  6. When it thickens add sugar in it.
  7. Add 1 tablespoon rose syrup and stir then turn off heat and leave it to cool completely for half an hour.
  8. You will also need 1 cup rice noodles
  9. Add the rice noodle to boiling water and keep stirring for 5 minute or until they cooked.
  10. Drain the noodles and run under cold water then leave on the colander to drain completely.
  11. For Layering: First get a glass and at the bottom add 3 tablespoon tukmaria and rose syrup mix then some rice noodles
  12. Add in the tapioca & milk mix and leave in the fridge to chill for an hour.
  13. Before serving add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream and chopped bananas, mango (or any other fruit you prefer) and the jelly cubes
