Egg Fried Rice is highly demanded recipe by rice lovers. Its very light food easily digestive and taste rich. Now this egg rice recipe has made it easy to cook this appetizing dish at home.
- 1 kg Basmati rice
- 1 cup Spring onion leaves chopped
- 1 cup Capsicum chopped
- a pinch Yellow color
- 2 Carrot chopped
- 6 Egg
- 6 cloves Garlic chopped
- ½ cup Oil
- Few drops Sesame oil
- 1 tsp White pepper powder
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Flour mixed with chicken cube
- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 2 tbsp White vinegar
- Salt to taste
Egg Fried Rice: Cooking Directions
- Take 1 kg basmati rice, wash 2-3 times and soak for 20 minutes. Its very necessary step because without soaking rice can not be properly done.
- Now, take a pot and put rice with 1 tbsp vinegar, salt to taste and water for boiling.
- As rice are done half. Remove all extra water and spread rice on a paper to dry and crisp.
- On the other hand, take a pan, pour half cup of oil, heat it up and fry 6 gloves of chopped garlic till golden brown.
- Take a bowl, beat 6 eggs with a pinch of yellow colour.
- Fry beaten eggs in oil.
- Now add 2 chopped carrot, 1 cup chopped capsicum, 1 cup chopped spring onion leaves, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tbsp flour mixed with chicken cube.
- Fry well and add to boiled rice.
- Stir fry over high flame.
- Finally add few drops of sesame oil.
