Ingredients
  1. ½ kg Chicken Boneless (cubes)
  2. 1 tbsp Chicken Boneless (cubes)
  3. 1 tbsp Meat Tenderizer
  4. 1 tbsp garlic paste
  5. 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  6. 1 ½ tsp Chili Powder
  7. 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  8. 1 tsp Red Pepper (crushed)
  9. 1 tsp Salt
  10. 1 tsp Oregano
  11. 1 tsp Basil Leaves
  12. 1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
  13. 1/2 cup whipped Yoghurt
Instructions
  1. For two hours, marinate chicken with all the given ingredients.
  2. Put the chicken on Skewers and grill it.
  3. Fajjita Tikka is ready to serve, hot.
