Ingredients
  1. Boneless Chicken (cubes) ½ kg
  2. Coriander Leaves (grinded )½ cup
  3. Green Chili (grinded) 8
  4. Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  5. Salt 1 tsp
  6. Black Pepper ½ tsp
  7. Garam Masala ½ tsp
  8. Cumin Seeds (roasted, crushed) 1tsp
  9. Red Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
  10. Cream ½ cup
  11. Coconut( grinded) 1 tbsp
  12. Oil ¼ cup
Instructions
  1. Marinate chicken botis with all the given ingredients, heat ¼ cup oil in a pan, put chicken botis.
  2. Cover and cook for 20 mins until dry.
  3. Give Chicken Boti dum of coal.
  4. Haryali Chicken Boti is ready to serve with onion rings and fresh lemon slices.
