Ingredients
  1. Mutton Chops 250 gms
  2. Kidney 3
  3. Katakat Masala 2 tbsp
  4. Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  5. Chili Powder 1 tsp
  6. Salt 1 tsp
  7. Brain (cleaned) 3
  8. Tomatoes (sliced) 4
  9. Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  10. Green Chilies (chopped) 4
  11. Yoghurt ¾ cup
  12. Onion (chopped)3/4 cup
  13. Oil ½ cup
  14. Butter 2 tbsp
  15. Ginger (sliced) 2 tbsp
  16. Green Chilies(chopped) 6
  17. Coriander Leaves 2- 3 tbsp
Instructions
  1. Boil water add kidneys boil for 2 mins, through water and use kidney, heat oil in larger tawa add chopped onion with gingergarlicpasteadd in chops kidney salt tomatoes cover and leave it for 15 min add yoghurt brainkatakat masala 2 tbsp keep doing katakat till all done, lastly add ginger slice green chilies, butter, serve with naan.
