  • 2 cups Macaroni boiled
  • 4 tbsp Black olives sliced
  • 3 tbsp Sweet corn
  • 3 Baby corn sliced
  • 3 tbsp Capsicum (tiny cubes)
  • 2 tbsp Tomato (tiny cubes)
  • 12 Kidney beans
  • 4 tbsp French dressing
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper crushed

Noodles Salad: Cooking Method

  1. In a large bowl, put 2 cups boiled macaroni
  2. Add 2, 4 tbsp sliced black olives, 3 tbsp sweet corn, 3 sliced baby corn, 3 tbsp capsicum cut into tiny cubes, 2 tbsp tomato cut into tiny cubes 12 kidney, beans, 4 tbsp French dressing, ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp crushed black pepper.
  3. Mix all ingredients finely.
  4. Put this bowl in refrigerator to few minutes to be it cold.
  5. Serve noodle salad chilled.

  • 125gm Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 150gm Butter
  • ¼ tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp. Cocoa powder

For icing:-

  • 50gm icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp. water

Chocolate Cookies Recipe: Cooking Steps

For icing:-

  1. In a pan mix the icing sugar, cocoa powder and water together
  2. Cook the icing for 2 minutes on medium heat
  3. Remove from heat. Icing is ready for use.

For cookies:-

  1. Pre heat oven at a 180 c
  2. In a clean bowl beat butter and sugar till fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and continue beating
  4. In a separate, dry bowl, sieve together the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
  5. Fold the dry ingredients in with the butter mixture. Mix to form soft dough.
  6. Fill the dough into a piping bag with a fitted nozzle.
  7. Pipe the cookies out onto a baking tray.
  8. Press down into the center of the cookies and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
  9. Rest the cookies on a cooling rack and decorate with the icing

  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp Mint leaves
  • Oil for frying

  1. Take a bowl, put potatoes and mash well with help of your hand.
  2. Take another bowl and put together 4 chopped Green chilies, 1 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp Cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp crushed red chili, 1/2 tsp Salt, 2 tbsp Cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp Mozzarella cheese and 2 tbsp Mint leaves.
  3. Now, add in mashed potatoes and mix well.
  4. Flatten the Bread slices using rolling pin.
  5. Put prepared mixture in bread slice and fold like swis roll.
  6. Dip in 2 beaten eggs, roll in 1 cup Flour and fry in hot oil.

  4. Remove the pan from the stove, and add sugar in it.
  5. Pour this material in a plate.

For batter

  • 5-6 tbsp Milk
  • ½ cup Corn flour
  • ½ tsp Ajinomoto
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • Egg

Zinger Burger: Cooking Directions

  1. First of all, wash chicken with clean water for 3 to 4 times.
  2. Put the chicken pieces in a bowl, add salt, ½ tsp black pepper, ½tsp white pepper, mustard paste, 1tsp ajinomoto and mix well, marinate for 2 hours.
  3. Add some oil in marinated chicken fillet and steam them.
  4. Beat eggs; add milk, corn flour, ajinomoto, salt, black pepper and baking powder mix well to make thick batter.
  5. Dip chicken fillet into batter and then roll it in flour, deep fry.
  6. Grill buns in a grill pan with some butter and oil.
  7. On burger put lettuce, mayonnaise, cucumber, cheese slice and chicken fillet.

  • 2 Tomatoes

  • ¼  bunch Fresh coriander
  • 1 Piece Ginger
  • ½  cup Oil
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Red chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste

Green Chili and Mince Masala : Cooking Directions

  1. First of all, take a pan, pour ½ cup of oil, fry 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, then add 300 gram mince meat and mix well with the help of a ladle.
  2. As the colour of mince meat starts to change, add other ingredients e.g. 2 chopped onions, 2 chopped tomatoes, 6-8 green chilies, ¼ bunch fresh coriander and medium sliced ginger.
  3. Mix all ingredients finely and also add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp red chili flakes and salt to taste.
  4. Now, cook on a low flame till water dries and mince meat is done properly.
  5. Delicious Green Chili Masala is ready to serve.

  • 7 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla essence

  1. First of all, take a caramel mold and heat up 4 tbsp sugar in it.
  2. Next step is to take a bowl, beat 7 eggs, then add ½ kg milk, 1 cup sugar and 1 tbsp vanilla essence to it.
  3. Mix these ingredients finely.
  4. When beaten mixture is ready, pour this to the caramel mould.
  5. Put this in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes at 220c.
  6. Take out of the oven as this turns to golden brown.
  7. Cool to bring to room temperature.

  1. First of all peel out carrots, boil in water and cut into slices.
  2. Boil carats till tender.
  3. Now, remove extra water.
  4. Marinate with 2 tbsp ground mustard seeds, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper, 1 tsp turmeric and salt to taste.
  5. Boil 7 glasses water with 2 tbsp jaggery, 2 tbsp ground mustard seeds, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper, 1 tsp turmeric, salt to taste and 1 bottle of vinegar.
  6. When this water is boiled properly with ingredients put in it, bottle out.
  7. Now, keep this bottle of water and marinated carats in sun light for 2 days.
  8. Then, mix both with a dry spoon.
  9. Gajar Achar is ready now but you can use it after al least 3 days

Singaporian Rice

For chicken

  • ¼ cup Oil
  • ½ kg Boneless chicken
  • 1 tbsp. Ginger, finely sliced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper, crushed
  • 1 tsp Red chilies
  • 2 tbsps. Soya sauce
  • 2 tbsps. Red chili sauce
  • 4 tbsps. Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp. Corn flour
  • 1 red Tomato
  • 1 medium size Onion
  • 2 green Capsicums
  • 1 cup Cabbage, finely sliced
  • 1 Carrot, lightly boiled
  • 1 cup Spaghetti, boiled

For sauce

  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsps. Ketchup
  • 2 tbsps. Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp red chilies, crushed

For garnishing

  • 8 Green chilies, sliced and fried
  • 4 tbsp. Ginger, sliced and fried

Singaporian Rice Cooking Directions

  1. Soak rice for half an hour
  2. Heat oil in a pot and fry star anise and white and black cumin seeds
  3. Add the rice, salt and peas and fry for a while
  4. Add 2 cups of water and cover the pot with a lid.
  5. When the water dries off, lower the flame and let the rice steam.

For Chicken

  1. Heat oil in a pot and lightly fry ginger.
  2. Add the chicken and stir fry.
  3. Add the salt, black pepper, red chills, ketchup, soya and chili sauce and let it simmer.
  4. Add the vegetables. Do not over-cook the vegetables.
  5. Add 1 cup of water and let it boil.
  6. In a small bowl mix in the corn flour with 1 tbsp. of water.
  7. Add the corn flour mixture to the chicken and let it thicken.
  8. Once the chicken has thickened, turn off the flame.

For Sauce

  1. In a bowl mix all the sauce ingredients and leave it aside.

Singaporian Rice Serving Suggestion

  1. In a serving dish spread out a layer of rice
  2. Pour the sauce over the rice
  3. Lay out the spaghetti on top
  4. Lastly, put the chicken mixture and top it with fired green chilies and ginger.
  5. Serve it hot.

  • 1 tsp White cumin

  • 1 tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Rice flour
  • Salt to taste

For Chutney

  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 Lemon
  • 3 Red chilies
  • 6 Green chilies

Chutney Bharay Shami Kabab: Cooking Directions

  1. Take a pan, put ingredients e.g. ½ kg meat, 1 cup gram lentils, salt to taste, 4 black pepper, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 6 garlic cloves, 1 piece of ginger, 1 tsp whole coriander and hot water.
  2. Cook till meat is tender.
  3. Now, add 1 tbsp yogurt in it.
  4. When it gets cool.
  5. Put this material in a chopper and chop well.
  6. Keep this material aside.

For Chutni:

  1. Put 6 green chilies, 3 red chilies and 1 bunch of coriander leaves in a blender and blend it finely.
  2. In meat mixture, add 2 tbsp rice flour and 2 egg whites.
  3. Mix well and take little mixture in your hands to shape it in kabab.
  4. Make kababs, put chutney topping on it and shallow fry till golden brown and crispy.

Delicious Chutney Bharay Shami Kababs are ready. Serve hot with tomato sauce and make your meals yummy.
