  • 1 kg Chicken, whole give cuts
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tsp allspice heaped
  • ½ cup Cooking oil
  • 1 ½ tsp Chili powder
  • 2 tsp Cumin roasted and crushed
  • 1 ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic
  • 10 Almonds
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
  • 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
  • Potato chips to serve

Lagni Chicken: Method

  1. Blanched and grind almonds with poppy seeds, sesame seeds, coriander seeds, mix in beaten yoghurt with all the seasoning’s.
  2. Marinate chicken in this mixture for 2 hours and heat oil in a lagan.
  3. Cook on low heat until chicken become tender and thick masala left.
  4. Lagni Chicken is ready to serve  with potato chips.

Fruit Chat Recipe


  • 6-8 Banana, cut into small pieces
  • 1 Cup Guava, cut into small pieces
  • 1 Cup Pomegranate
  • 1 Cup Orange, cut into small pieces
  • 4 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Sweet Lime or Musami
  • 1/2 cup Sugar Syrup
  • Salt to Taste
  • Chaat Masala as needed


  1. Take a bowl and add sugar syrup, lemon juice and salt, mix well.
  2. Now add Banana, Guava, Pomegranate, Orange, Sweet Lime and add chaat masala in it.
  3. Fruit chaat is ready to serve before serving refrigerate all fruits for 1 to 2 hours.

  • 2 tbps butter
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 cups coarsely cabbage, chopped
  • 1 tbps water

Fried Cabbage: Cooking Method

  1. Take a large skillet and melt butter on medium heat.
  2. Add salt, pepper, pepper flakes and sugar in it and stir.
  3. Now add the water and cabbage in it.
  4. Cook cabbage for 5-6 min or until cabbage will become tender.
  5. Fried Cabbage is ready to serve.

Preparation Time: 20 min.

Basic Pancake Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 3 table spoon sugar
  • 2 table spoon cooking/vegetable oil
  • ½ tea spoon baking powder
  • 1 beaten egg


  1. First of all take a bowl and put flour, salt, sugar and baking powder in it and mix them with a spoon.
  2. Then slowly pour the milk, beaten egg and oil in it and make it smooth.
  3. Now grease the frying pan with oil and heat it for 2 minutes then put the batter in the frying pan and leave it on the heat until its colour becomes light brown from both up and down sides.
  4. The basic and delicious pancake is ready to serve.

  5. Serving variations: This basic pancake can be serve with tea or coffee or you can use to make different types of dishes as well.
