- 1 kg Chicken, whole give cuts
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 tsp allspice heaped
- ½ cup Cooking oil
- 1 ½ tsp Chili powder
- 2 tsp Cumin roasted and crushed
- 1 ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic
- 10 Almonds
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
- 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
- Potato chips to serve
Lagni Chicken: Method
- Blanched and grind almonds with poppy seeds, sesame seeds, coriander seeds, mix in beaten yoghurt with all the seasoning’s.
- Marinate chicken in this mixture for 2 hours and heat oil in a lagan.
- Cook on low heat until chicken become tender and thick masala left.
Lagni Chicken is ready to serve with potato chips.
