Ingredients
  1. Chicken 1 kg
  2. Tomatoes (sliced) 4
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Chili Powder 1 tsp
  5. Red Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
  6. Cumin Seeds (roasted,crushed) 1½ tsp
  7. Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  8. Oil ½ cup
  9. Ingredients For Chutney
  10. Coriander Leaves 1 cup
  11. Mint Leaves ½ cup
  12. Green Chilies 6
  13. Salt ½ tsp
Instructions
  1. Heat oil add ginger garlic paste and chicken fry for 10 mins till chicken brown, add sliced tomatoes, cover and cook for 10 mins, then add salt, chili powder, cumin roasted and crushed and the prepared chatni. Cover and cook for another 10 mins, when oil comes on top, remove.
