Frying Pan Pizza is mouth watering superb recipe. You can enjoy a wonderful dish at home by following very steps of preparation. This food is highly loved by kids and teen agers; they even prefer to take pizzas in lunch time instead of taking other traditional meal. - 1-½ cup Self raising flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Instant yeast
- 3-4 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Caster sugar
- Water as required
- Ingredients for topping
- 4 tbsp Pizza sauce
- 2 tbsp sliced Onion
- ½ cup shredded Chicken tikka
- 1 diced Tomato
- 2 tbsp diced Capsicum
- 3 sliced Mushroom
- 1 tsp Oregano leaves
- ½ cup grated Chadder cheese
- 4 tbsp Oil
Frying Pan Pizza: Cooking Directions:
For Chicken Tikka
- Take a bowl, put 2 chicken breast pieces then marinate with ½ tsp ginger/garlic paste, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp roasted cumin powder,2 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp yogurt and leave this material for 15 minutes.
- Then grill it until chicken completely cooked.
- Lastly put a hot coal on the meat and pour oil on it, cover and leave for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl mix together self raising flour, salt, yeast, oil, caster sugar with pouring luke water slowly and squeeze the material until a medium dough is formed.
- Leave the dough for 30 minutes.
- Now roll the dough into a 9 inch pizza.
- Tale a frying pan, heat up 2 tbsp oil in it on low flame, heat the dough on one side for 3 minutes , turn and cook the other side using 2 tbsp oil till it turns light golden in colour.
- Spread the pizza sauce on top of the crust.
- Top the sauce with sliced onions, shredded chicken tikka, diced tomatoes, diced capsicum and sliced mushrooms.
- Sprinkle oregano leaves and grated cheddar cheese on top of the pizza.
- Grill for 5 mins till cheese melts.
- Now, pizza is ready, cut in wedges and serve hot with sauces and cold drinks.

Such fast food restaurants charge a lot for selling less quality. Meat & other ingredients they are using, can’t say anything about the quality of those.
