For Base
  1. 1 ½ cup Plain Flour
  2. 4 oz Chilled Butter
  3. 1 Egg yolk
  4. ½ tsp Salt
  5. To knead we need chill water
For Filling
  1. 2 Chicken Breast, cut into cube shape
  2. ½ cup onion chopped
  3. 1 tsp garlic paste
  4. 1 tsp Black Pepper
  5. ½ tsp salt
  6. 1 tsp Chicken Powder
  7. 1 tsp Oregano
  8. 1 kg Spinach, blanched
For Egg Mixture
  1. 3 Egg
  2. ½ cup Cream
  3. ¼ cup milk
  4. 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
  5. 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
  6. 1 tsp Paprika
  7. ½ tsp Parsley chopped
Instructions
  1. Knead the plain flour and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  2. Roll the kneaded dough into 9inch round shape.
  3. Take a pie plate and spread on it.
  4. Now bake for 20 minutes.
  5. In a frying pan, cook onion, garlic paste and chicken for 5 minutes.
  6. Now add blanched spinach and all the spices in the chicken mixture.
  7. Take one more bowl and mix cream, eggs, paprika powder, cheese, milk, parsley.
  8. Once done add spinach mixture in the egg mixture.
  9. Now pour in the pastry we prepared.
  10. At the top of pie sheet, sprinkle some cheddar cheese.
  11. Bake for 20-25 minutes on 150D.
  12. Quiche Florentine pie is ready to serve hot.
