  • 250 gm chick peas (boiled)
  • 1 cup potatoes (cubed and boiled)
  • 4 green chilies (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsps. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. cumin (roasted and crushed)
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tomato (finely sliced)
  • 2 tbsps. green coriander
  • ½ cup tamarind sauce
  • 1 cup pappri (crushed)

Lahori Chana Chaat Cooking Method

  1. In a bowl, layer the chick peas, potatoes, tomatoes, green chilies and onions
  2. Give this a good toss
  3. Add the lemon juice, red chili powder, red chili flakes, sugar, cumin chaat masala and salt
  4. Mix this well
  5. Shift into a serving bowl and pour the tamarind sauce, coriander and pappri

  • 1 cabbage, finely sliced
  • 3 carrots, chopped and boiled
  • 3 potatoes, chopped and boiled
  • 1 cup peas, boiled
  • 1 cucumber, finely sliced
  • 3 apples, peeled and finely chopped cubes
  • 1 tin pineapple cubes
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 1 medium bottle mayonnaise
  • ½ cup raisins, sautéed

Russian Salad Cooking Steps

  1. In a big mixing bowl, add the cabbage, carrots, potatoes, peas, apples, pineapples and cucumber.
  2. Mix them well and add white pepper, salt, sugar, fresh cream and mayonnaise.
  3. Mix well and let it chill in the fridge.
  4. Before serving salad mix in the raisins. Make sure the Russian Salad is well chilled.

  • 2 cups Macaroni boiled
  • 4 tbsp Black olives sliced
  • 3 tbsp Sweet corn
  • 3 Baby corn sliced
  • 3 tbsp Capsicum (tiny cubes)
  • 2 tbsp Tomato (tiny cubes)
  • 12 Kidney beans
  • 4 tbsp French dressing
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper crushed

Noodles Salad: Cooking Method

  1. In a large bowl, put 2 cups boiled macaroni
  2. Add 2, 4 tbsp sliced black olives, 3 tbsp sweet corn, 3 sliced baby corn, 3 tbsp capsicum cut into tiny cubes, 2 tbsp tomato cut into tiny cubes 12 kidney, beans, 4 tbsp French dressing, ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp crushed black pepper.
  3. Mix all ingredients finely.
  4. Put this bowl in refrigerator to few minutes to be it cold.
  5. Serve noodle salad chilled.

  • 2 Potatoes
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Apple
  • 50 gm Walnut
  • 50 gm Raisin
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tsp Cream

Russian Salad: Cooking Directions

  1. First of all, boil vegetables e.g. potatoes and carrots.
  2. Now cut boiled vegetables and 1 apple into cubes.
  3. Put boiled carrot, boiled potatoes, apple, walnut, raisin, black pepper, cream in a bowl and mix well.
  4. Russian is prepared. Put it in a glass bowl.
  5. Before serving, garnish with lettuce leaf, sliced cucumber and long slices of carrot.
  6. Boiled green peas or boiled chicken can also be added to the salad.

  • ½ cup Oil
  • ½ tsp White Pepper
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½tsp Mustard Paste
  • ½tsp Garlic Paste
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar juice
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½tsp Sugar

French Dressing: Cooking Method

  1. Take an empty bottle, pour the prescribed quantity of oil in that.
  2. Now, add the remaining ingredients white pepper, salt, mustard paste, garlic paste, vinegar or lemon juice which ever is available and shake them well.
  3. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 months.

    1 Onion

  • 3 Potatoes, boiled
  • 3 Green Shallots
  • 1 tablespoon French mustard
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cream
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required


  1. First we will thinly slice potatoes, onion and green shallots.
  2. Now in a bowl, add fresh cream, mayonnaise, french mustard, salt and black pepper on it and mix them well.
  3. For Serving purpose, take fresh coriander leaves for garnishing potato salad and 1-2 onion slices.

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 cups coarsely cabbage, chopped
  • 1 tbps water

Fried Cabbage: Cooking Method

  1. Take a large skillet and melt butter on medium heat.
  2. Add salt, pepper, pepper flakes and sugar in it and stir.
  3. Now add the water and cabbage in it.
  4. Cook cabbage for 5-6 min or until cabbage will become tender.
  5. Fried Cabbage is ready to serve.
