Chicken Tikka Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken breast piece, for making tikka
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
  • ½ Onion, finely sliced
  • ½ Bell Pepper, finely sliced
  • ½ Tomato, finely sliced
  • 2 tbsps. chicken tikka masala
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper, crushed
  • ¼ tsp white pepper, crushed
  • 1 bread roll for making Sandwich
  • 1 tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • Cheese slices as required

Chicken Tikka Sandwich Cooking Method

  1. Slice chicken into small cubes.
  2. In a pan heat some oil and sauté the garlic and onion till golden brown.
  3. In a bowl mix the tikka masala with 2 tbsps. of olive oil.
  4. Add the chicken and tikka masala mixture into the sautéed onions and fry well.
  5. Mix in the tomato and bell pepper.
  6. Add the seasonings and mix it well.

For Making Sandwich

  1. Cut the bread roll in half and spread mayonnaise on them.
  2. Place the chicken tikka mixture on the bread and top with cheese slices.
  3. Chicken Tikka Sandwiches are ready to serve.

Zinger Burger

Ingredients:

  • 4 Burger buns
  • 4 fillet Chicken breast
  • Flour as required
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Mustard paste
  • ½ tsp Mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp White pepper
  • 1 tsp Ajinomoto (Chinese salt)
  • Oil
  • Butter
  • Cucumber
  • Lettuce
  • Cheese slices

For batter

  • 5-6 tbsp Milk
  • ½ cup Corn flour
  • ½ tsp Ajinomoto
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • Egg

Zinger Burger: Cooking Directions

  1. First of all, wash chicken with clean water for 3 to 4 times.
  2. Put the chicken pieces in a bowl, add salt, ½ tsp black pepper, ½tsp white pepper, mustard paste, 1tsp ajinomoto and mix well, marinate for 2 hours.
  3. Add some oil in marinated chicken fillet and steam them.
  4. Beat eggs; add milk, corn flour, ajinomoto, salt, black pepper and baking powder mix well to make thick batter.
  5. Dip chicken fillet into batter and then roll it in flour, deep fry.
  6. Grill buns in a grill pan with some butter and oil.
  7. On burger put lettuce, mayonnaise, cucumber, cheese slice and chicken fillet.
  8. If you want to enhance the flavour the zinger burger, you can put green salad leaves on it also.
  9. Delicious Zinger Burger is ready now. Serve hot with cold drinks.
